We attach great importance to sustainability. As a Swisstainable-certified hotel, we are actively committed to environmentally friendly and resource-conserving management. Our commitment includes energy-efficient technologies as well as sustainable materials and reduced waste production. We are proud to offer our guests environmentally conscious accommodation and to make a positive contribution to the sustainable development of Swiss tourism.
Our zero-waste measures
Our breakfast is freshly prepared every day to minimise food waste. We also reuse any leftover food in a sensible way.
We do without air conditioning
Instead of air conditioning, we offer a free mini-bar with chilled drinks, a fan and cool linen towels in summer.
We work with regional partners
All our food is seasonal and is sourced from our partners in the region.
Free public transport
With the BaselCard, all guests enjoy free travel on public transport and receive discounts on numerous activities in the region.
